Top Ten Reasons you should buy cookies from MyHouse

10. At your next social function when someone asks, "Did you bake these delicious cookies?" You reply, "They came from MyHouse." And that's no lie.

9. We're not some Mom & Pop couple who are suffering from a midlife crisis and decided to start a cookie company. Welllll..... Maybe we are but we're also a fully licensed and insured wholesale bakery serving the Philadelphia area.

8. We have a business plan. Damn, these cookies are good. We should sell them.

7. If you buy our cookies we will have enough money to enhance our web site so we can advertise and sell Scones online. As good as our cookies are, wait until you taste our scones. You will be doing yourself, your friends, and, yes, even your country a favor. Seriously.

6. Marie trained as a pastry chef at the famous Tante Marie school in San Francisco. (This was following her training as a Jewelry Designer, Paralegal, B.S. in History, and an M.S. in Public Policy.) Twenty years and about $100,000 later Marie learned to bake cookies! Oh well, sometimes it takes a while to find your place in this world,.

5. If we go out of business I might turn to a life of crime and end up on COPS. Or even worse, I might become a blogger. You don't want that on your conscience.

4. Our cookies are all natural blah blah blah. So are everybody else's. But like ingredients doesn't equal a like product. Think Fiat and Ferrari.

3. Like our cookies, and most of you, we are also all natural. We don't even go to the gym. Though I do wear glasses. And Marie wears contacts.

2. Why MyHouse Cookies? Why not?

1. And the number one reason you should buy cookies from MyHouse Cookies?

Those boxes of wine we drink don't come cheap!

About Us

Marie Connell

Marie caught the cooking bug at an early age, helping her grandmother bake cookies. She trained as a pastry chef at the Tante Marie’s Cooking School in San Francisco, CA. While her classmates were working on wedding cakes and French pastries, Marie was baking cookies.

“Wedding cakes are once (or maybe twice, or three times) in a lifetime desserts. Cookies are everyday.”

Tom Connell

While Marie was baking cookies, Tom was eating cookies. Everyday. After a career in the technology end of the investment banking industry, he decided to pitch in and MyHouse Cookies was born. “The cookies are much too good to keep to ourselves.” Fortunately, many people agree.
